- 38 gr fine corn meal (ground white)
- 32 gr cornmeal
- 24 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 16 gr pecorino romano cheese (freshly grated)
Stewed Tomatoes
- 6 scallions
- 1 green peppers
- 1/8 basil
- 450 gr tomatoes
- 30 ml water
- 20 gr fine corn meal
- 9 gr dillweed
- 7 gr sunflower seed butter
