Parsley Jelly
- 2 bunches of parsley
- 1 fruit pectin
- 1 food coloring
- 900 gr sugar
- 700 ml prepared juice
- 700 ml boiling water
- 30 ml lemon juice
Apple Thyme Jelly
- 1 fruit pectin
- 700 gr sugar
- 500 gr apple cider
- 4 gr thyme
Orange Sauterne Jelly
- 6 tarragon
- 1 1/2 sauterne
- 1 fruit pectin
- 850 ml orange juice
- 650 gr sugar
- 5 ml lemon juice
Strawberry
- 1 3/4 fruit pectin
- 2,800 ml saucepan until the pectin is dissolved
- 700 gr sugar
- 350 gr strawberries (frozen)
- 120 ml orange juice
- 6 gr orange peel
