Breast Of Chick. W/ Leeks & Lime On Zucchini "spahgetti"

• 400 degree oven
• 8 chicken breasts (halved)
• 4 zucchini
• 1 halfway through the baking of the breasts
• 1 flour for dredging
• 1 lime zest (grated)
• 270 gr leeks
• 120 ml dry wine (white)
• 120 ml olive oil
• 180 ml rich chicken stock
