• 1 onion fine (chopped)
• 1 carrot (diced)
• 1 cooking apple (peeled)
• 1 litre vegetable stock
• 1/2 cauliflower florets
• 55 ml creamed coconut (grated)
• 30 ml sunflower oil
• 5 gr coriander leaves (chopped)
• 2 gr ginger (ground)
• 1 gr cumin (ground)
