• 9 packet coloured fondant
• 2 tspn water icing sugar for rolling silver balls
• 1 mixed spice (ground)
• 1 egg
• 90 gr flour (plain)
• 80 gr soft brown sugar (light)
• 55 gr butter
• 50 gr icing sugar
• 40 gr golden syrup
• 2 ml bicarbonate of soda
