• 1 lowfat milk
• 1 snipped cilantro (fresh)
• 1 rice (hot cooked optional)
• 1 rinse chicken
• 1 lowfat milk remaining flour mixture (into)
• 110 gr green chilies (diced drained)
• 60 ml chicken broth
• 32 gr all purpose flour
