Rose Hip Chutney
- 1 hips (fresh)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 rose hips (dried)
- 475 ml cider vinegar
- 280 gr cooking apples
- 210 gr brown sugar
- 160 gr raisins
- 30 ml orange juice (fresh)
- 30 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 3 gr ginger (ground)
Rose Hip Soup
- 12 blanched almonds (shredded)
- 1/2 rose hips (dried)
- 1,400 ml water
- 60 gr madeira
- 30 gr potato flour
- 14 gr sugar
- 5 ml lemon juice
