- 4 flat anchovy fillets
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 90 ml whipping cream
- 85 gr butter
- 65 gr all purpose flour
- 55 gr brandy
- 50 gr ham (boiled)
- 18 gr capers
- 3 gr parsley (chopped fresh)
