• 1,000 gr tomatoes
• 950 gr mixed vegetables
• 900 gr beef (ground)
• 350 ml tomato sauce
• 100 gr sugar

Cream Of Fresh Greens Soup

• 2 bouillon (cubes)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 head lettuce
• 1 bunch watercress (finely chopped)
• 5,700 ml water more if needed
• 90 ml olive oil
• 60 gr spinach (chopped)
• 2 slices potatoes (sliced)
• some paprika
