- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 bunch watercress (finely chopped)
- 5,700 ml water more if needed
- 90 ml olive oil
- 60 gr spinach (chopped)
- 2 slices potatoes (sliced)

English Walnut Salad
- 1 bunch leaf lettuce (red)
- 1 bunch watercress
- 1 walnut (halves)
- 1/2 arugula
