- 160 ml skim milk
- 130 gr zucchini squash unpeeled
- 130 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 80 ml virgin olive oil
- 70 gr pine nuts
- 40 gr romano cheese (grated freshly)
- 18 gr baking powder
