- 3 potatoes (peeled)
- 3 beef bouillon (cubes)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1 1/2 lb beef (ground)
- 2 c boiling water
- 2 ts mustard
- 1/4 ts pepper
- 4 slices bacon (sliced diced)
