- 90 ml milk
- 100 g courgettes
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 3 tb greek yogurt
- 100 g button mushrooms
- 15 g butter
- 1 tb chives (freshly chopped)
- 3/8 slices potato base of microwave proof dish (into)
under a conventional grill before serving. Serves 4. Approx. 340 kcals per serving
