Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c flaked coconut
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts vanilla
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/2 ts almond extract
Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl except coconut. Blend well with mixer. Stir in coconut, mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 10-12 min, cool. Margaret Garland DFYX18A
