Ingredients
- 6 pita breads
- 1 bell pepper (red)
- 1 1/2 c prepared spaghetti sauce
- 3 tb oil
- 2 1/2 oz pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons oil in skillet over hea eggplant (diced)
- 12 slices eggplant (sliced)
- 1 slice onion
