Ingredients
- 1 lentils
- 8 c water
- 20 oz tomatoes
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 c carrots (sliced)
- 1/2 c onion (chopped)
- 1/2 c celery (sliced)
- 2 1/2 ts salt
- 1 1/2 ts oregano
- 1/8 ts garic salt
