Ingredients
- 8 chicken breat
- 2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup yogurt (plain)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon hungarian sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoon celery seed
- some garlic
In a large bowl, combine first eight ingredients. Place chicken in mixtureand turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Removechicken from marinade; coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange on a shallowbaking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350-degree for 45 minutes or until juicesrun clear.
