  • 400 degree oven until crisp

  • 8 patties
  • 3 wide (inches)
  • 1/4 scallions
  • 2 1/2 c basils garlic mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c coarse bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 8 oz blue crab meat
  • 8 oz snow crab meat
  • 8 oz shrimp
  • 1/4 cup champagne sauce on
  • 1/4 c dusting cakes oil for sauteing basils champagne sauce green olives
  • 1/4 c bell pepper (red)
  • 1/4 c green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tb cajun spice

crab cake on each plate. Garnish with green olives and chopped tomatoes, if desired.
