Ingredients
- 1/2 black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1/4 rounds (thick)
- 750 g potatoes
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c oil
- 1 tablespoon level (finely)
- 1/2 teaspoon level salt
brown. 2. season potatoes with salt and pepper, transfer to a heated plater and serve immediately sprinkle with parsley. serves 4
