Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 3 qt water
- 1 lb beef shin
- 1 pound tomatoes
- 1 lb maryland regular crabmeat
- 1/2 lb maryland claw crabmeat
- 1 tb salt
- 1/4 ts black pepper
- 1/8 ts cayenne pepper
