- 2 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 2,800 ml water
- 450 gr beef shin
- 300 gr tomatoes
- 260 gr maryland regular crabmeat
- 130 gr maryland claw crabmeat
- 8 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
