Ingredients
- 12 skillet over high heat until ho the beef
- 3 drops sauce like (hot)
- 2 bell peppers one (red)
- 2 garlic (cloves halved)
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded
- 1 place the pepper (chopped red)
- 1 rice (hot cooked)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 st
- 1 1/2 c beef sirloin trimmed of fat (boneless)
- 1/4 cup dry wine (white)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3/4 tablespoon ginger (minced fresh)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (ground)
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom (ground)
- 1 slice long
Add the onion and red pepper strips to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes. Return the beef to the skillet and add the blender mixture. Heat to boiling, then reduce the heat and simmer uncovered until the beef is hot and the sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over rice or stuffed into pitas, with rice on the side.
