Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 c black beans (cooked)
- 3 c vegetable
- 4 c rice (hot cooked)
- 1 lb beef (lean ground)
- 1 c green pepper (diced)
- 1 c carrots (diced)
- 1 c onions (chopped)
- 1 t chili powder
- 1/2 t pepper (ground red)
Cook beef in 2-3 quart sauce pan over medium heat, stirring to crumble. Add all ingredients except rice. Bring to boil; simmer uncovered 20-25 minutes. Remove bay leaves. Serve over hot rice with chips on side.
