Ingredients
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 4 c water
- 1 c black beans
- 1 1/2 ts chili powder
- 1/4 ts dry mustard
Salt to taste Add all ingredients except salt to boiling water. Simmer till tender. Puree. Add salt to taste & serve. "Vegetarian Times Cookbook"
