Ingredients
- 1 1/2 chives (fresh)
- 3 oz snap beans
- 3 oz soybeans
- 3 oz kale
- 3 oz broccoli flowerets
- 1 1/2 oz brazil nuts
- 1 1/2 tb soy oil
- 1/2 ts garlic
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts tarragon
Steam broccoli, snap beans, and kale for 8 minutes or until tender. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
