Ingredients
- 3 carrots (finely chopped)
- 3 of garlic (cloves)
- 1 pepper (red)
- 1 green pepper
- 1 pick through beans
- 1 when beans are to the tender stage (cooked)
- 1 while beans are cooking
- 1 toss the bean
- 1 rice wine vinegar is fairly sweet
- 1 serve the bean salad over rice
- 3 cups regular black beans (dried)
- 2 cup measuring
- 1/2 c rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/2 c cilantro (finely chopped fresh)
- 1 dash cumin (ground)
NOTES: This is a very flavorful and easy salad to make. The cilantro and the cumin combine to make a tasty dish. It is easy to make and stays in the refrigerator for about 5 days.
