- 1 1/2 lb broccoli (fresh)
- 1 c milk
- 10 oz broccoli spears (frozen)
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 c sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 c mushrooms (sliced fresh)
- 4 oz mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 t butter
- 2 t flour
- 1 t onion (grated)
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
and paprika. Heat, uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
