- 2 bell peppers
- 2 lemon peppeer
- 1 penne (uncooked)
- 1 romano (grated)
- 1 cook pasta according to directions
- 1/2 dice
- 5 cups cream (heavy)
- 2 pounds grilled chicken breast in (boneless cut)
- 8 ounces prosciutto ham thinly (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 2 slices portabella mushrooms (whole)
Serve sprinkled with grated Romano or percorino. Makes 6-8 servings.
