Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 2 packets sugar substitute
- 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese creamed
- 1/4 cup cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sour cream (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all ingredients except butter and sour cream in a bowl. Beat til smooth. Melt butter in large nonstick omelet pan or skillet. See Basic Omelet recipe and followdirections for cooking. Serve plain or top with sour cream. Total Grams4.2g
