Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 2 packets sugar substitute
- 120 ml cream cheese softened
- 120 ml cottage cheese creamed
- 60 ml cream
- 45 gr butter
- 30 ml sour cream (optional)
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr cinnamon
Combine all ingredients except butter and sour cream in a bowl. Beat til smooth. Melt butter in large nonstick omelet pan or skillet. See Basic Omelet recipe and followdirections for cooking. Serve plain or top with sour cream. Total Grams4.2g
