- 25 cm springform (pan)
- 4 egg whites
- 500 ml sour cream
- 700 g cream cheese
- 350 g sugar
- 3/4 cup crumbs
- 115 g butter
- 40 g slivered almonds
- 20 ml sugar
- 10 ml vanilla
- 5 ml cinnamon
