Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 kg cream cheese
- 350 g sugar
- 120 g flour
- 50 ml cream
- 50 g softened butter
- 12 ml lemon rind
- 7 ml orange rind
- 3 ml vanilla
1. Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 200 �
C 2. Combine filling ingredients; mix well, and pour into baked crust
. 3. Bake at 225 �C for 10-12 minute
s.
4. Reduce to 100 �C for 1 hour.
