Ingredients
- 9 springform (pan)
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg
- 1 c chocolate wafer crumbs
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 1/8 c sugar
- 1/2 c flaked coconut
- 3/8 c evaporated milk
- 1/2 c pecans (chopped)
- 1/4 c margarine
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 3 t margarine
- 2 1/2 t vanilla
- 2 t sugar
rim of pan. Chill. TOPPING: In small saucepan, combine milk, sugar, margarine, egg and vanilla; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in pecans and coconut; cool. Spread on cheesecake.
