- 1/2 c squeezed lime juice (freshly)

- 1/4 c squeezed lemon juice (freshly)
- 1/4 c chicken broth
- 1/4 c cream (heavy)
- 2 tb soy sauce
- 2 tb crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tb molasses
- 1 tb brown sugar (light)
- 1 tb curry powder
- 1 ts ginger root (fresh)
- 7 slices ingredients in a shallow dish
- some cayenne pepper
cilantro leaves. Serve with the peanut sauce for dipping.
