Ingredients
- 2 lb chinese cabbage
- 1/2 c vinegar (white)
- 1/2 c soy sauce (light)
- 2 tb green onion (chopped)
- 2 ts ginger (finely chopped fresh)
- 1 tb salt
- 1 tb chili powder
- 2 ts sugar
- 2 ts garlic (crushed)
- some sesame oil the cabbage coarsely
