- 4 eggs
- 2 butter
- 1 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 1 c irish creme liqueur
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 c mashed potatoes
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tb instant coffee
- 2 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts salt
center comes out clean. Let cake cool in pan 15 mins, then unmold onto a wire rack and let cool completely. Sift powdered sugar over top of cake before serving. ----
