• 3 cups this mixture a bowl (into)
• 1 1/4 c sugar
• 16 oz cream cheese (light)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 c chocolate cookie crumbs
• 3 tb cocoa
• 1 ts vanilla
• 1/4 ts cream of tartar
