Ingredients
- 4 sprigs mint
- 1 pecans
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 2 c broth
- 2 c water
- 1 1/2 c cream
- 1/2 c onion
- 1/2 c celery leaves
- 2 tb butter
- 1 tb flour
- 1/2 ts soy sauce
- 1/2 ts vegetable seasoning
- 1 dash nutmeg
Melt butter; add onion and saute 5 minutes. Stir in flour and broth. Add seasonings, pecans, and celery leaves; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cream and simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve with mint. ----
