Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c chocolate-covered raisins
- 1 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1 c almonds (diced toasted)
- 1/2 c land o lakes butter
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 ts vanilla extract
- 1/2 ts soda
- 1/2 ts salt
Combine all ingredients except almonds and raisins in large mixer bowl. Beat 1 minute at medium speed or mixer. Stir in almonds and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Deborah Zurrow Lombard, Illinois
