Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 260 gr chocolate-covered raisins
- 160 gr all purpose flour
- 120 gr almonds (diced toasted)
- 110 gr land o lakes butter
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 55 gr firmly packed brown sugar
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 2 ml soda
- 1 gr salt
Combine all ingredients except almonds and raisins in large mixer bowl. Beat 1 minute at medium speed or mixer. Stir in almonds and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls 5 cm apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 190ÂșC or 10 to dozen minutes. Deborah Zurrow Lombard, Illinois
