Ingredients
- 1/4 pimentos (diced)
- 1 1/2 lb shrimp (cooked peeled)
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 c buttered bread crumbs
- 3/4 c black olives (chopped)
- 1/2 c celery (chopped)
- 2 tb butter
- 2 tb green peppers (chopped)
- 2 tb flour
- 2 tb onion (chopped)
- 1/2 ts worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 ts dry mustard
- 1/2 ts salt
simmer until heated thoroughly. 4) Spoon shrimp mixture into 4 ramekins; top with bread crumbs. Bake for
15 minutes, or until browned and bubbly. Remove from oven, and serve hot.
