Ingredients
- 9 unbaked pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 5/8 walnut (halves)
- 1 1/4 c corn syrup (white)
- 1 c semisweet chocolate (pieces)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 ts vanilla
- 2 ds salt
Use your favorite recipe or pie crust mix. Beat until well blended: eggs, salt, vanilla, sugar, and corn syrup. Stir in chocolate pieces. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake 45 minutes at 300~, or until top is evenly puffed and starts to crack. Chill. Serve with whipped cream and walnuts. Can be frozen, and thawed before serving. ----
