Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 1 1/2 c marshmallow cream
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3/4 c flour
- 3/8 c cocoa
- 1 tb vanilla
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts salt
Recipe by: Fat-Free Junkfood Cookbook In a medium bowl, add ingredients one at a time, stirring well after each addition. After adding marshmallow creme, mix until the marshmallow lumps are gone. Pour into a 9x9 inch pan that has been lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 10 servings at less than one-half gram fat each. ----
