Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 350 ml marshmallow cream
- 150 gr sugar
- 95 gr flour
- 28 gr cocoa
- 14 gr vanilla
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Recipe by: Fat-Free Junkfood Cookbook In a medium bowl, add ingredients one at a time, stirring well after each addition. After adding marshmallow creme, mix until the marshmallow lumps are gone. Pour into a 9x9 inch pan that has been lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake at 160ºC or 30 minutes. Makes 10 servings at less than one-half gram fat each. ----
