- 9 spring-form (pan)
- 7 marshmallow creme
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 1 jr
- 700 ml cream cheese
- 260 gr chocolate wafer crumbs
- 160 gr mint chocolate chips
- 130 gr sugar
- 14 gr margarine
- 8 gr sugar
- 4 gr vanilla
removing rim of pan. Chill. Beat egg whites until soft peakes form. Gradually add marshmallow creme, beating until stiff peakes form. Carefully spread over top of cheesecake to seal. Bake at 230ÂșC .; 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
