Ingredients
- 6 clams
- 6 mussels
- 1 1/2 lobster tails
- 1 env
- 1 snapper (red)
- 14 1/2 oz tomatoes (whole peeled)
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c dry wine (white)
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1 t thyme leaves
- 1 t parsley (finely chopped)
mussels and simmer an additional 5 minutes or until shells open. (DISCARD ANY UNOPENED SHELLS). Serve, if desired, with bread or rolls. Makes about 4 (2 cup) servings.
