Ingredients
- 7 potatoes
- 1/2 c wine (white)
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2 tb wine vinegar
- 1/4 c onion
- 2 tb shallots
- 1/4 c parsley
- 1 ts tarragon
- 1/2 ts garlic
- 1/4 ts pepper flakes (red hot)
each half into thin slices. 3. Put the potatoes in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients, including pepper. Stir gently.
