Ingredients
- 1 am oat flakes
- 1 1/4 c water
- 1/2 c am garbanzo flour
- 1 tb am unrefined vegetable oil
- 2 ts honey
- 1/2 ts non-alum baking powder
- 1/4 ts sea salt
Preheat waffle iron. Place oatmeal in blender. Grind into coarse flour. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend. Let sit a few minutes. Blend again for 2 seconds. Pour into hot, well-oiled waffle iron. Bake 5 to 8 minutes. VARIATION: May replace 1/4 cup water with 1 egg.
