Ingredients
- 16 cannd pitted sour cherries
- 6 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 3/4 c sweet butter
- 3/4 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1 ts salt
--drain Preheat oven to 350. Melt the butter and chocolate together. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until light; add the butter chocolate mixture, and continue mixing, add the vanilla. Stir in the flour and salt. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a buttered 10" springform pan, and sprinkle the drained cherries on top. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.JM ----
