Ingredients

- 400 gr sugar
- 240 ml boiling water
- 180 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 120 ml sour cream
- 110 gr sweet butter
- 95 gr unsweetened chocolate
- 9 gr sweet butter
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 gr flour
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
heavy cream 1.25 c confectioners sugar 1 t vanilla Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and whisk until smooth over low heat. Cool slightly; add more sugar if necessary. Spread on cake while frosting is still warm.
